Mission:

The Team will seek to reduce

the occurrence of suicide in

Clearfield/Jefferson Counties

First Annual Walk for Suicide Prevention and Awareness

September 19^th,2010

Registration Time: Noon or

Pick up your t-shirt and a light snack before starting the Walk.

Registration is Free.

Walk begins at 1p.m.

Location: DuBois City Park.

Walk Route:

Start at Park, cross the foot bring behind the Medicine Shoppe, Walk West Park Avenue to North Brady Street and Liberty Boulevard. onto Route 219, until we hit East DuBois Avenue. We will then make a left onto DuBois Street and make a left onto New Street, back to West Park Avenue and back to the foot bridge. Approximately 2.5 miles. If need be shorter lengths can be completed.

Many activities during and after the Walk.

Join us in a walk around the Park to raise both money and awareness for suicide prevention. Walk in memory of a loved one or to support the development of local suicide prevention programs.

The Suicide Prevention Team is currently selling Sheetz coupons for $4.00/coupon. We are also currently selling Marianna’s hoagies, orders and money are due by July 6^th and delivery is July 14^th. Pick up at Falls Creek Goodwill Center after 8:30am.

A garage sale to be held at the Treasure Lake Fire Hall. The garage sale will be July 30-31 and August 1^st 9 am-5 pm. Donated items can be dropped off at the Treasure Lake Fire Hall on Sundays 3 o’clock to 6 o’clock. Please no clothes.
