These definitions give a general description of the service, non-traditional services are individualized to the
specific consumer’s needs through the service plan and the referral &
authorization process.
SOCIAL REHABILITATION

Social
Rehabilitation assists consumers in developing basic social skills
including the enhancement of employment skills. Social Rehabilitation offers an
array of social skill building services and may be provided in an individual or
group modality.
