Clearfield/Jefferson MH/MR Program
Employment Information
The Clearfield/Jefferson
Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program is part of County government and must
hire through the Commonwealth’s Civil Service process.

Act 33 (Criminal History) and Act 34 (Child Abuse), the Program will require
that all prospective
employees hired after January 1, 2000, obtain child abuse and criminal
record clearances prior to
employment.
